Greetings!
One of the ways that we stayed warm and cozy on our trip north from the Marshall Islands to Alaska was by wearing Merino Wool gear from Woolx.com. They sent us heavy weight thermals, toques, and neck warmers, and by the time we arrived in Dutch Harbour, we were wearing it all, pretty much 24/7.
I'm pretty excited to report that they just published the first of three articles that I wrote for the Woolx Journal!
In the article, I described sailing north last summer, adding new layers every few days, and enjoying the sights on passage like bioluminescence, visits from Albatross, and visits from Sperm Whales.
Please enjoy the article and watch for two more over the coming weeks!
Until next time,
Elizabeth
